Thank you for choosing our handmade products! Each piece is crafted by local artisans with love and care. Ensuring that they are unique and special. As most of our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind, it's important to note that there may be slight variations in colour and size compared to the images displayed on our website. Peice to piece may also vary.

                                                                 Return and Exchange Policy:

• No Returns or Exchanges:

• Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned. Refunds are not available.

• We take great care in packaging products for shipping. However, if a product arrives damaged, we will replace it.

• To initiate the replacement process, the recipient must send us a photo of the damaged product within 12 hours of delivery.

• Upon verification of damages by our Team, we will arrange for a replacement.

• If a reverse pickup cannot be arranged, customers are requested to return the damaged product within 7 days via regular courier. We will reimburse shipping charges up to INR 100.

• If the damaged product is not available for shipment, we will issue a "Credit Note / Coupon" that can be redeemed against any of our products. This credit note has no expiry date.

• No monetary refunds will be provided in such cases.

• In the rare event of an order being placed for an unavailable product due to inventory mismatch, we will inform the buyer. The buyer can choose to:

• Select an alternative product of equal value.

• Keep the amount in a credit note for future use or Receive a full refund via the original mode of payment.
